Semi-Private & Private Training: Personalized Programs for Your Needs
If you have specific goals or need a more tailored approach to your training, our semi-private and private training options might be right for you. Our experienced trainers will work with you one-on-one or in a small group to create a program that meets your needs and helps you achieve your goals.
Our rates for semi-private and private training are:

All semi-private and private contracts require a minimum of 6 sessions per month and include a R299/month gym usage fee
