Training Specialities

Metabolic Conditioning

Metabolic conditioning describes exercises that vary from moderate to high intensity. The goal of metabolic conditioning is to improve both the aerobic and anaerobic systems. Routines are intended to be completed in roughly 20 minutes and target the use of certain energy pathways. 

Resistance TRaining

Involves the performance of physical exercises which are designed to improve strength and endurance. It is often associated with the use of weights. It can also incorporate a variety of training techniques such as calisthenics, isometrics, and plyometrics.

Olympic Weightlifting

The snatch, and the clean and jerk. The snatch is a wide-grip lift, in which the weighted barbell is lifted overhead in one motion. The clean and jerk is a combination lift, in which the weight is first taken from the ground to the front of the shoulders (the clean), and then from the shoulders to overhead (the jerk).

POwer Lifting

Powerlifting is a strength sport that consists of three attempts at maximal weight on three lifts: squat, bench press, and deadlift. that emphasizes sheer strength more than technique, flexibility, and speed.
